Arsenal target another Nigerian as price tag is revealed


 Arsenal have reportedly identified Nigerian international and Villarreal winger Samuel Chukwueze as a target ahead of the January winter transfer window.

The Gunners are expected to head back into the transfer market as they seek to add quality depth to their squad with a likely battle against Manchester City for the Premier League title to come.

While Mikel Arteta and Edu are keen in adding depth with Danilo from Palmeiras as a target alongside Youri Tielemans from Leicester City,the North London outfit will add another winger and the Nigerian is being considered.

So far, Mykhaylo Mudryk has been favoured for a move with claims that talks have already begun with Shakhtar Donetsk over the winger, bringing in Samuel Chukwueze cannot be ruled out as Arteta also wants a winger.

More recently though, Samuel Chukwueze has become a possible addition to the Gunners squad as the 23-year-old continues to impress for Villareal and a new report revealing his potential price tag could tempt Arsenal to acquire his services.

As for future acquisitions a new report from Fichajes has revealed that Samuel Chukwueze, a long-time Arsenal target, could be available for €40million (£35.1million) next summer with the Gunners keen on signing the Villareal winger.
